My Story
Dayne Otto is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #77020) with a deep desire to help others walk in freedom from the issues of life which interfere with healthy daily living and relationships. Dayne offers a direct, yet compassionate and grace-filled approach to therapy.
Refuge Therapy is located in Round Rock, Texas and currently offers both in person and virtual therapy to teens (16 and older) and adults. Areas of specialty include depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, sexual assault/sexual trauma and family of origin issues. Dayne’s approaches therapy from an Attachment Theory Lens, and uses evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Dayne is a former high school teacher, has been married forever, has a few kiddos and grandkids. She loves cooking, great jazz music and intense documentaries.
